Competition Terms & Conditions:
Chase Edwards Lucky Door Prize – $500 Coles Myer Gift Card

1.    Entry to the competition is via attendance at a Chase Edwards & Associates Workshop held on a Monday or Tuesday evening from 2 May 2011 until 31 December 2011.

2.    Entry is open to attendees at the Chase Edwards & Associates Workshop.  Entrants must reside in Australia and must be aged 18 years or older.  Employees and immediate families of Chase Edwards & Associates and associated companies are ineligible to enter.

3.    The lucky door competition is a game of chance.  The Confidential Personal Information Form must be completed in full and the entrant must have attended a full Workshop presentation to be eligible to win the $500 Coles Myer Gift Card.  

4.    All Confidential Personal Information Forms will be placed in a box and one will be drawn out at the conclusion of each Workshop, being 8:45 pm every Monday and Tuesday for the duration of the promotion, excluding national public holidays, with the first draw being Monday 2 May 2011 and the last draw being prior to 31 December 2011.  The prize winner will be the first name randomly selected from the box.  The winner will be presented with the prize immediately.  Proof of ID must be shown.  

5.    Should the winner not be present at the time of the draw, all efforts will be made to contact the winner including by mail.  A redraw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at 236 Pacific Highway, Swansea NSW 2281 on 16 March 2012.

6.    The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and is not transferrable.  No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated.  

7.    No one prize will be valued at over $500 and the total prize pool will not exceed $5,000 in NSW, $5,000 in QLD, $2,500 in ACT, $1,500 in VIC, $1,500 in SA, $1,500 in WA and $1,000 in NT. Therefore, the national prize value will be no more than $18,000.

8.    Chase Edwards & Associates and/or its related entities is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

9.    The winner shall participate in promotion and publicity resulting from the draw as the promoter sees fit.

10.    If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies.

12.    Entry into the competition shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
